Please note that starting from January 1, 2025, tariffs for the services of a customs representative and compensation for the organization of cargo storage at temporary storage warehouse will change. The tariffs for 2025 are posted on the website dhlexpress.kz

We thank you for using the services of DHL International Kazakhstan LLP and inform you of minor changes that we are making to the text of the customs clearance agreement. We need to make the agreement more universal and extend its effect not only to imports but also to exports. This is due to the facts of customs clearance of goods that individuals return to online stores for one reason or another. You can sign the new form of the agreement using the online form upon receipt of the new cargo. We inform you that the current agreement, in accordance with Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ceases to be effective after the expiration of a calendar month from the date of your receipt of this notice.

Please note that from January 1, 2024, tariffs for customs representative services and compensation for organizing the storage of cargo at the temporary storage warehouse will change. Tariffs for 2024 are posted on the website "Offer Agreement"

The Eurasian Economic Commission notifies that the period of validity of the temporary “increased” norms of duty-free import of goods for personal use sent in international mail and delivered by a carrier, as well as imported in accompanied and (or) unaccompanied baggage by land transport or on foot expired on April 1, 2024.
